“Malyatko” is designed to help parents and caregivers organize and track child-related information entered by the user.

“Malyatko” does not provide medical advice and is not a medical device.
All information displayed or stored in the app is for informational and organizational purposes only.

Always consult a qualified healthcare professional regarding your child’s health.
The developer is not responsible for any decisions made based on information stored or presented in the app.

User Responsibilities

By using the app, you agree to:

Provide accurate information where applicable
Use the app only for personal, non-commercial purposes
Not misuse, reverse engineer, modify, or attempt to disrupt the app
Not use the app in a way that violates applicable laws or regulations

Subscriptions and Payments

Some features of the app may require a paid subscription or a one-time purchase.

Payments are processed exclusively through Apple App Store In-App Purchases
We do not collect or store payment or credit card information
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period
You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple ID account settings

Pricing and availability of features may change at any time.

Intellectual Property

All content, features, design elements, and software associated with the app are the intellectual property of the developer or are licensed appropriately.
